Beyond technical skills, we teach financial literacy, job readiness, and soft skills essential for success in the workplace. Our program includes startup support for youth entrepreneurs, helping them launch small businesses with seed capital and ongoing mentorship. We also connect graduates with employment opportunities and facilitate apprenticeships with local businesses.
