Child Protection & Welfare Program
Creating safe spaces and providing counseling, mentorship, and advocacy for children's rights.
About This Program
Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our Child Protection & Welfare Program works to safeguard vulnerable children and promote their overall wellbeing. We create safe spaces where children can play, learn, and express themselves freely. Our trained counselors provide emotional support and trauma counseling to children who have experienced abuse or difficult circumstances. We also run mentorship programs that connect children with positive role models in the community. Beyond individual support, we advocate for children's rights at the community level, working to change harmful practices and attitudes. We collaborate with local authorities, schools, and families to create a protective network around every child we serve.
Our Goals
• Establish 3 safe spaces for children in the community • Provide counseling to 100 children annually • Train 50 community members as child protection advocates • Reduce reported cases of child abuse by 30% • Create peer support groups in 10 schools
