About This Program

As children grow into young adults, they need practical skills to support themselves and contribute to their communities. Our Skills Development Program equips youth aged 16-24 with vocational training and entrepreneurship skills for economic independence. We offer training in high-demand trades including tailoring, carpentry, computer skills, agriculture, and small business management. Beyond technical skills, we teach financial literacy, job readiness, and soft skills essential for success in the workplace. Our program includes startup support for youth entrepreneurs, helping them launch small businesses with seed capital and ongoing mentorship. We also connect graduates with employment opportunities and facilitate apprenticeships with local businesses.

Our Goals

• Train 80 youth in vocational skills annually • Support 30 youth to start small businesses • Achieve 70% employment rate among graduates • Partner with 20 local businesses for apprenticeships • Establish youth entrepreneurship fund
